About Us

Frank has loved and has extensive involvement with hospitals and physician practices throughout his career. Starting as an orderly in surgery in college, to working the floors as a nursing assistant, and as an EKG tech in the cardiac unit, to multiple leadership roles and being involved with all aspects of operations, he has learned about all areas of hospital and physician practice operations. 

His management and consulting career has spanned a variety of hospitals and physician practices since 2008. He has identified opportunities and provided solutions to operations that resulted in millions of dollars in increased margin multiple times.

Frank has built a solid foundation of skills and knowledge from the variety of experiences that he has had, which allows him to add much value to teams that he works with. He has acquired extensive expertise in all areas of executive health care administration, and thoroughly enjoys helping clients with projects ranging from start-ups, to comprehensive 360 degree analyses. 

He is continuously gaining more valuable experience and continuously participating in training that pertains to health care management and leadership. He recently completed the National Rural Health Association, Rural Hospital CEO Certification Program in 2024.

Frank is a recurring speaker at the Advanced Institute for Anesthesia Billing and Practice Management (AIABPM), as well as the MGMA Medical Practice Excellence (MPEC) conferences. 

He has been a Medical Group Management Association, (MGMA) Certified Medical Practice Executive, (CMPE) since 2009, and became a Fellow in 2024.
