Frank has loved and has extensive involvement with hospitals and physician practices throughout his career. Starting as an orderly in surgery during college, to working the floors as a nursing assistant, and as an EKG tech in the cardiac unit, he has gained experience in all areas of hospital and physician practice operations. His management and consulting career in healthcare management has spanned a variety of hospitals and physician practices since 2008. He has identified opportunities and provided consulting services that resulted in millions of dollars in increased margins multiple times. 

Frank has built a solid foundation of skills and knowledge from his diverse experiences, enabling him to add significant value to the teams he collaborates with. He has acquired extensive expertise in all areas of executive healthcare administration and thoroughly enjoys helping clients with projects ranging from start-ups to comprehensive 360-degree analyses, including medical practices support. 

He continuously gains valuable experience and participates in training related to healthcare management and leadership. In 2024, he completed the National Rural Health Association's Rural Hospital CEO Certification Program. 

Frank is a recurring speaker at the Advanced Institute for Anesthesia Billing and Practice Management (AIABPM) and the MGMA Medical Practice Excellence (MPEC) conferences. 

He has been a Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) since 2009 and became a Fellow in 2024.
